Take part in our Wool Care and Repair workshop and learn how to breathe new life into rejected and pre-loved woolen garments. Discover simple, practical ways to care for wool, from keeping insects away and storing garments properly to understanding how woollen pieces are made and prolong their life through acts of care.
You’ll have the chance to try your hand at repair techniques such as darning and needle felting, using discarded garments as your material, without worrying about damaging your favourite pieces.
By making care and maintenance visible and accessible, the workshop invites us to rethink our relationship with clothing and challenge the idea that newness is the ultimate measure of value. Instead, we ask: what if we designed not only for the moment a garment is made, but for everything that happens afterwards?
