Learn about the material and experiment with ways to care for and repair your woollen clothes.

During the WOOL CARE  & REPAIR activation NOOFs designers will guide participants to take a garment from rejected to restored. By making use of material samples, care tools and repair techniques to investigate and intervene in prolonging the life of a garment. Rejected clothes move through the station learning about Care and Repair and finally Restored — or, when restoration is no longer possible, Reimagined.

By making maintenance visible and accessible, this activation challenges the idea that newness is the ultimate measure of value. Instead, it asks: What if we designed not only for the moment a garment is made, but for everything that happens afterwards?
