The Fashion Tech Farm is a studio, incubator and production facility for innovative fashion. The company is commercial and private owned by Matthijs Vertooren and Marina Toeters. The content and approach is based on Marina’s expertise since 2006 with her company by-wire.net. Matthijs and Marina created a recognizable and exciting place in Strijp Eindhoven, The Netherlands, that is internationally recognized as a centre of innovative fashion. Designers, technologists, entrepreneurs and students from over the world come here to combine fashion and technology. The building represents the Future of Fashion: Inclusive, innovative, and sustainable.
Based in Best, the Netherlands, Best Wool has been designing, manufacturing and distributing woollen carpets and rugs since 1982, and describes itself as one of the top three woollen carpet producers in the world. It works exclusively with high-quality New Zealand and European wool, with a focus on longevity rather than fast fashion. Its exclusive brand, Monasch by Best Wool, specialises in circular designer rugs. Best Wool takes back its carpets and uses its own latex-free technique to take them apart. Each carpet comes with a QR code linking to its digital product passport, so you can trace what it's made of and where it comes from.
COSH! is a platform that makes conscious shopping easy and visible. Consumers can find local shops and brands where they can buy, swap, rent, repair or sell clothing, bundled into shopping routes per city.
With the COSH! Digital Wardrobe app, users gain insight into their own wardrobe: what they wear, what stays on the hanger, and their cost per wear. The goal is simple: buy less of what you won't wear anyway, and get more value from what you already have.
COSH! also collects data on and for brands, retailers and cities. This way, the platform supports the fashion and retail sector's shift to a circular model, with local businesses taking the lead.
